I&P Development is an investment holding company. The chairman is Patrice Hoppenot.

I&P Development assigns missions of research, marketing, follow-up on investments to I&P Etudes et Conseils, a French consultancy company specialising in developing country investments.

I&P Etudes et Conseils team includes:  

Sébastien Boyé, Pierre Carpentier and Jeremy Hajdenberg : Investment Officers, responsible for research and investment follow-up (Microfinance and SMEs)
Laetitia Latreille : Chief Financial Officer
Isabelle Colin: Administration Officer

I&P Development is assisted by a multi-disciplinary professional team of volunteer workers :

Catherine Leblanc: Executive Secretary
Wolfgang Burkhardt : In charge of Microfinance investments
Gérard Caire, Bruno Caire, Philippe Eymard, Annie Ferton, Michel Ferton, and Hubert Méraud: support to Enterprise investments
